AdvancedBot's Terms of Service Document'

👋 Welcome to AdvancedBot! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AdvancedBot leveling bot ("AdvancedBot," "the bot," "we," "our," or "us"). By using AdvancedBot, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the bot.

1. Service:

AdvancedBot is a Discord leveling bot which is free-to-use. The owner is not liable for any service downtime due to any reason. If you wish, you can stop using the bot anytime.

2. Usage Restrictions:

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to: a. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the bot. b. Use the bot for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or malicious activities. c. Interfere with the operation of the bot or its associated services. d. Misrepresent or impersonate AdvancedBot or its creators. e. Use the bot in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations. f. Loophole through any of the above mentioned prohibited activities. In case of bugs, bot-breaking vunerabilities are discovered: Abuse and Exploitation: You are prohibited from exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or weaknesses in the bot for any purpose, and you should immediately report any such findings to us.

3. Privacy:

We may collect certain information given to us by users and from Discord's API for functioning of AdvancedBot as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the bot, you consent to the collection and use of this information as described in the Privacy Policy. You can opt-out or request an export of your OWN information through AdvancedBot's support server.

4. Intellectual Property:

Copying AdvancedBot's resources ('bot', 'assets', 'documentation') is prohibited.

5. Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to AdvancedBot, in whole or in part, at our discretion, without prior notice and for any reason, for violation of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AdvancedBot or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the bot.

7. Changes to the Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the AdvancedBot gitbook page or other communication channels. Your continued use of the bot after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
